Barre is a full body workout designed for anyone who needs to move their body for strength, power, cardio and confidence .

Our class combines the elements of dance, ballet and Pilates to create a super fun, energetic, workout. This fun 55-minute class is a body conditioning class which uses the ballet Barre to strengthen, stretch and chisel the body.
The philosophy is simple; it is a multi‐levelled class geared to challenge bodies of any age, shape or fitness background. Set to uptempo music, props such as weights, small balls, flex bands and yoga straps are used to constantly challenge clients. There is no doubt that our Barre covers all bases delivering a great cardiovascular workout whilst also focussing on strength work and flexibility.
All exercises can be modified accordingly so whether you’re a beginner or capable of the more advanced moves, everyone gets a fantastic workout. With consistent practice, the results are impressive.
